I was graciously offered an ARC of this book from the author in exchange for an honest review. I previously read one of her other books and loved it, so of course I said yes. I'm so happy I did. I absolutely loved this story. This is the perfect summer read. It's fast paced, sweet, funny, romantic and sexy. Kelsey and Sean meet by chance at a gas station when she is arriving to the Hamptons where she is spending the summer with her two best friends. Sean is a lifeguard in the Hamptons by day and by night he is famous for his summer flings.When these two meet they are immediately attracted to each other. Sean asks Kelsey out she agrees to go out with him and so it begins. A beautiful summer fling!! Sean is gorgeous, funny and romantic. Kelsey is beautiful, sweet and funny. I loved their relationship!! Kelsey is dealing with he dad's death. I feel for her. And I could understand how Sean ties into it. And why she was hesitant for a bit in proceeding with their relationship after she found out about his plans.
I really enjoyed getting to know the characters. I loved the story and I loved the ending. Highly recommend this one. Be sure to 1-Click it!!

This was a quick sweet summer romance. Sean never thought of the future beyond the Marines and when Kelsey found out he was joining The Marines she shut down. She could not fall for him and loose like her mom or could she???
This is the 1st time reading this author as well, was impressed. Enjoyed the story of Kelsey & Sean however really think this should be read in order. I didn't and short changed myself on the outcome of this relationship. Great beach read. AJ Marks
What can I say but a great start to this new series of novellas of Hot in the Hamptons.
We get to meet three woman recently graduated from college to celebrate their last summer before starting their careers and adult lives.
Summer Dreaming is Kelsey Mitchell story recent college grad and still undecided what she wants to do with her life and career.
Then we meet local "Townie" Sean Dempsey lifeguard and as some call is the Hampton Hottie.
When Sean and Kelsey meet the attraction is almost immediate and we see two people who enjoy each other think it's only an Summer Fling but fight the feelings for one another but as their relationship develops we are cheering them on for that HEA that they both truly deserve

Oh wow!!! Didn't know what to expect from Liz Matis but honey did you deliver!!
Fresh from graduation and trying to figure out life (and how to fund it) Kelsey decides that she will just put life on the back burner and enjoy summer. Sean, tried of all the rich stuck up girls (and heartbroken) that the Hamptons brings wasn't looking for anyone. But as we have it fate would intervene. The first initial meeting was funny to me. I felt for Kelsey on her emotional a issues and how Sean seem to tie into it. They decide to make it a summer fling......but feelings don't always go along with our plans.
I loved getting to know the characters. I loved the story, the humor, the emotion, the steamy. I hope we get to see where life takes these two.

Loved this book! The chemistry between Kelsey & Sean is HOT! Kelsey is very sassy, and I love the banter between her & Sean! This was a great summer great!
Summer dreaming is in the Hot in the Hamptons series, from Kelsey Mitchell and Sean Dempsey’s POV. Expecting to have summer fun to forget about her father passing and deciding what to do with her life, the last thing Kelsey was looking for was a relationship. She was up for a summer fling but Sean Dempsey quickly becomes more than that. Their romance is steamy beyond belief. The electricity jumps off the page.
When feelings began to grow they discuss what will happen when the summer ends and have to go their separate ways but not wanted to admit they don’t want the summer to end.
This novella is sweet and sexy at the same time. An ideal combination!
This can be read as a standalone or apart of the trilogy Hot in the Hamptons with the stories of Kelsey’s 2 best friends Storme and Leigh.
I have to admit this is the first book I have read of hers. I loved it. I just love how she made the characters seem more real. And the situations are real to some who have actually gone through it.
Kelsey whom just graduated from college drives down to the Hamptons to her best friends home. She is indecisive on what to do now that she has graduated college. While hanging out in the Hamptons with her best friends she hope she can figure it out. What she didn't know was, was the fact she was going to meet Sean. Whom just so happens to be a lifeguard. Can her past and his future career keep them apart? I guess you will have to read Summer Dreaming to find out.
I loved Summer Dreaming. What made it even better is, is the fact that you can read it as a stand alone. You don't have to follow it in order.
